The most disheartening stat of the night. All Biden really needed was a few big names to endorse him and a mainstream media that was in the tank for him. He didn't need to campaign, he just had to stand on a stage smiling as empty suits who hate his guts heaped praise on him. Awful.

Exactly. The Presidency isn't a goddamn monarchy. Trump is able to get shit done because Mitch hates all living things and gleefully enjoys watching people suffer. That's why the GOP sticks with him.
Bernie won't have a Mitch in control to help him.

Looking at the board tonight I am inclined to say that when they get to FL I might have to vote for Joe :/. Not happy about it, but I am ok with it.
She's hugely popular here (and honestly for good reason...she gets shit done...has passed more legislation than almost anyone)...

I will vote for Biden if he wins cause as a black man my choice is neutral indifference to my people/benign evil to down right Nazi shit. So Biden wins that. But not cause he's good on anything. He isn't. The only thing he has going for him is he isn't Trump.
This is what we get with Biden: healthcare? Eh we will patch Obamacare up, it'll be fine. Student loan debt? Too bad fuckers. Environmental concerns? Hey I'm not Trump so I'll get back in the Paris accords (and as I'm an old fuck I don't care, I'll be dead when the shit hits the fan).
Like so many other "centrist" views, it's enough to make people feel good without doing anything. You think felons will get to vote? If Biden wins MN and TX tonight, it's possible he could actually get a majority of pledged delegates by the convention.

As far as Warren goes, my feelings on her are contingent on if Tulsi Gabbard is indeed back on the debate stage.

Unfortunately, don't trust either Sanders or Biden to call her garbage out, and Warren's been a great attack-dog for Bloomberg, so if Tulsi's back, it would be worth it to have Warren stay on stage of only so she can dunk on her.
Of course, if the DNC changes the rules that all might not matter. But damn it just sucks that Gabbard is technically outlasting so many better candidates despite she herself being one of the worst. Yuck.

It's disheartening moreso in that if this is how he is during the Primary I'm fearing Hillary 2.0 where Biden just doesn't even show up in some crucial areas. I'll vote for Biden if it comes to it but this lazy coasting he's doing to the Nomination needs to stop.
Trump is the end of the gravy train for them. They have nothing after he's gone. The cupboard is completely bare.
He won Samoa. He's within spitting distance of Tennese and he's doing fairly well in Texas. Everywhere else it's mixed but mostly bombing.

I am talking about the reality of democracy. Its how democracy works. I can't force my beliefs down other peoples throats, I have to persuade them and keep chipping away at the things I don't agree with.

You can't fix inequality overnight. It's not possible. Bernie can't, Warren can't, AOC can't. It sucks, but it's the truth.

All they want to hear is how Democrats are the good guys, it's really that simple.
This is what I'm hating about this development.
Everyone says Bernie needs to "earn" more votes. What did Joe do? He won SC, but Bernie won NV and NH. The party was ready to sign up behind him with a semblance of a heartbeat. Biden's a nice guy and a good candidate but I'm surprised at all the moderates gleeful about tonight because quite frankly all Biden has done is exist next to Obama.
