Couldn't people see these scores coming a mile away? People have been saying it since day one yet there was always a handful proclaiming it to be something better.

The sub 75's have it. A combination of zombie fatigue and a game that didn't look all that groundbreaking to begin with.

Lets be honest the game will probably end up selling really well anyway. I was going to buy this at launch but I think I wait now for a sale.

Geez, while I had very little interest if this it still looked like a solid 8/10 game from previews.

Days Gone has a couple of fantastic ideas, including the blockbuster horde battles that offer some of the most heart-pounding zombie spectacles I've seen yet.

Unfortunately, these fantastic moments are fleeting, with generic missions, a messy story, and a plague of technical bugs holding back Days Gone from becoming a zombie-slaying classic.

As it stands, Days Gone is a flawed PS4 exclusive that delivers less than what we've come to expect from an open-world game in 2019. There's fun to be had here, but it's layered with so much busywork that playing it feels like a chore more often than not.

Disappointing, I had avoided mostly everything since the initial reveal and was hopeful. Guess I won't be picking this up tomorrow.

Although I only played three hours of it from a preview event, the 5's and 6's from outlets makes sense to me.

That game really didn't do anything for me.
