Finally, Jesus Christ. This man had repeatedly refused to concede for days even though it was clear on the 6th he had lost.
Funny that he would have won in the General if it weren't for GA's runoff rule, which was set to help Republicans

I guarantee some Republicans will try to get rid of that rule before 2022.
I'm sure he must be PISSED OFF at Trump and Mitch for tanking his re-election. He definitely would have won if not for stunts like Mitch blocking $2000 aid.

It's very possible given that Georgia controls all three branches, and with Abrams probably running for Governor again in two years, it could help out Kemp.

Not really, it's more of a way to say 'I'm not going to contest the results or cause any problems with certification'. It doesn't hold any legal force, it's just a proper acknowledgement and acceptance that you lost.
