Thanks. Can you say anything about the game's sales performance thus far? Reaching expectations, surpassing them?
I surely want another game in the Darksiders universe with the same isometric view and gameplay, it feels so fresh and fun.

I already finished the game, but I wanted to thank you and your team at Airship because you guys absolutely killed it.

Been with the Darksiders series since day 0 and I'm glad that the franchise is back and keeps swinging .

I've tried both a v1 and a v2 Dualshock 4 and I still get the Xbox prompts. Tried disabling Steam Input and the controllers don't get detected as expected but when I press space to skip the intro it shows as if I were pressing circle on a controller and it shows the PS button for that moment lol.

Currently playing through Darksiders:Warmastered on PS4 and this game has held up very well! I am happy to see that this series has been able to continue. Such a fun world and cast of characters. Lovely looking game too. I think this series just has of those timeless art styles.

Almost done. On last chapter but doing the 3 part Leviathan puzzles of doom. Completed 2 of 3. 2 only took 3 hrs. Ffffffff! Love the game though.

Now give me a full game like this with 4 Riders and let's burn the Galaxy down!

Chapter 5 is when this game starts to feel like a Darksiders game to me (probably helps that, outside of grinding, hard mode suggested power levels are getting higher and higher than what I am starting the area with). Great chapter.

I have a question for those who have tried the Co-op aspect of the game.

Is the co-op experience well designed (besides the bugs that have been reported)? I'm mostly interested in how the combat/puzzles work with two players, if the cinematics are too long, how the camera handles 2 players at the same time... and other aspects that are specific to co-op play.

Having a major issue - anyone else experience this?

Played the Dagon boss three or four times because every time I beat them, they would just sit there at zero health and nothing happens no matter what I do. Decided to close out and return later after a restart to see if that helped. Came back and this continues to happen: I kill the boss, the dying animation plays, and then they just sit there.

Edit: to be clear, the B icon doesn't show up where that red dot is when I approach, so I can't trigger the next cut-scene that way.

Edit edit: finally got the button press to spawn after going and re-playing an older mission. Very odd.

I finished the game over the weekend. This is hands down one of the most enjoyable and well crafted games I've played this year. I love this kind of action adventure and this one is almost flawless from my perspective. There's a very nice variety of levels and enemies and everything is so well made, from art and game design to sound design and music.

The dual character gameplay is very nice and I loved playing both War and Strife. I also found the arena mode to be a nice addition and I played the arenas between main chapters as I unlocked them. I like all the Darksiders games so far, but this one takes the second spot, after the original, for me.

Strife and War both have two unique powers by the end of the game, which are all four used for puzzle solving/gate opening.

The game is easy enough even on hard that generally speaking, you can probably play 90 percent of the game with one character if you wanted, yes.

Especially if you are on normal.

So far I only have to switch for the disk skill of War.

You'll need to switch between characters for puzzles, and if one character dies then you'll have to play as the other till they respawn (20 seconds, I think). Otherwise I played the game almost entirely as Strife. There's maybe some interesting combo stuff you can work with once you unlock the Synergy meter (which, when full, activates a powerful ability when you switch) but it's hardly necessary.

I hope they're patching the GOG version at the same time.

I'm still on the beginning of Chapter 14, but that's because I keep going back to earlier levels to grind out the quests and max out my creature cores. Having loads of fun with the game overall.

My brother suggested this one to me, and I'm glad he did! Game plays really well, and it's super fun. Only thing I don't like is that the map doesn't show you were you are...That's annoying.

Lol Mayhem recommends like 1100 power midway through the game. Haven't tried it yet but that seems like it might have been a bit overkill of a solution to the difficulty problem.

If you look @ the quests menu, Strife gets a new skin for beating the game on one of the higher difficulties.

To unlock War's skin, you need 70k+ score at the Arena

There are 2 empty skin slots for each in the "collection" menu. I'm guessing a full Abyssal Armour set is one skin? "Gold" skins are quest reward.

EDIT: Actually, there are 3 skins for each: Silver, Gold and Abyssal.

Abyssal comes from collecting all pieces of the armour (5 for each Horseman)

Gold are quest rewards.

I unlocked the Silver for Strife by
Defeating Wicked K

Not sure where the Silver for War comes from yet.

Finished the game with a bunch of creature cores still locked. Turns out a whole bunch I gotta buy from Vulgrim?

And then I saw Leviathan's landing. Missed that the first time around.
With M+K, those jumps are a big nope for me. Looked at a video walkthrough and just... nope.
