I won't play this on anything less than
PS5 / Xbox Scarlett or RTX 2070 PC.

And all of the above will get blown away by an RTX 3080 Ti PC.

Wow if the X can run this at 4K then I am
hoping my i7-9770k and GTX 2070 will be able to get to high settings ?

It's going to be hard, but I will also be waiting for PS5 on this one. And, to be honest, Witcher 3 was incredibly rough for a long time at launch. This would give it even more time for updates.

I dont mind 4k on X but please, please, PLEASE let me choose 4k or 1080p. I've got more than enough games on X that would be more enjoyable at 1080p, but I'm forced into a sub 30fps 4k :(

During E3 2019 in one of interviews developer gave impression that they got into porting TW3 to consoles very late into development which caused issues. They learned from this and now they have CP77 running on every planned platform side by side constantly to see how performance etc. is impacted by builds of the game.

I mean Destiny 2 with all DLC is up to 88GB. 80 GB NOT ENOUGH. Needs to be 180GB for HYPE. People with bad internet be damned!

Like back in the day when an EIGHT MEGABIT (then 16, then even 32) SNES cartridge clearly meant the game was better.

4k is surely reconstructed. at least i hope, otherwise they aren't trying to push the visuals enough,

Holy Jebus.....well, I suppose my Witcher 3 game was close to that after I modded the shit out of textures and everything anyway, and this game's looking like it won't need any texture mods, so I guess that's fine.

I`m sceptical about that 4k on X. Rockstar pulled it off with RDR2 but CDPR? Hm.
I`m going to buy the Xbox-version anyway.

I got a question. This seems to be a game that will be on 2 discs. Do you guys think that will become more common next gen? This gen there hasn't been any other side of RDR2 right?

I'd hope they use bigger capacity BR discs, but I guess those might be more expensive than using two standard BR discs.

I am probably going to get it for PC. Im curious to see it run using RTX, but I know it would struggle to be >30fps average with my 2060.
Im curious to see how the gameplay turns out because I might consider it for the ps4 pro. As I dont enjoy fps on consoles and im a bit of a pc snob in that regards, but if theres minimal shooting then the ps4 option is alluring.

Noooooooo, please do not skip 1000 numbers to get 30XX...

They already did. Whats the current gen from 1080? 2080. Next is gonna be 3080. And so on. Which makes perfect sense. I was always weirded out by people expecting this gen to be some 1180 nonsense numbering. I was thinking at the current gen being called 2080 two years before it actually was. It just made all the sense in the world, for that marketing sense. The high punchy sounding name and look. What sort of nonsense would 1180 and 1280 and 1380 would have been anyway ?

Cand wait for the 4080Ti. What a monster

Hoping my 2080 can play this with the ray tracing on at a steady frame rate. Also, with Destiny 2, Red Dead 2 naitive 4k on Xbox X I have faith they can pull this off, albeit at 30 fps.

As i have a PS4 Slim, if they can get the PS5 to run it at 4K/60fps + some improvements (RT?) i can gladly wait 8 months more.
