The release of stuff like Alyx/Boneworks has raised the baseline expectation for stuff like this so i'm not really sure.
If it takes them a full year to get it rock solid like those games i'm very down.

Would make absolutely 0 sense to delay a game this big over VR support which will never be touched by over 90% of the people who'll buy it.
