Oh no...what a fuckin' bummer tho, I probably gotta wait a whole year?
The NST did so well on the Switch (2nd best selling 3rd party game of all time on the platform, right behind a game that straight up uses Nintendo characters...), you'd think they'd prioritize getting out for the console like they did with CTR: NF.

1998 is the year crash 3 came out so i have to wonder how the rest of the crash timeline is laid out
Makes me wonder if we might be time traveling to the different games in the series. One level sends us to a section based on Twinsanity, another has us go to Titans, etc.

The time travel in this game causes a split timeline leading to multiple universes of Crash 4+.
Tropy concept art was seen on Toys for Bob's offices a year ago. I'm confident he's in this.

I advise people wait for context during the official reveal and surrounding interviews+etc that will flesh out the title and its place in the series as a whole. There's a lot to this game that isn't apparent from a title, box-art and short blurb, and it will become apparent when people have a chance to talk to the devs and put out content.
Oh, and your high expectations are both justified and likely to be met.

I hope it goes past what the original trilogy does in terms of gameplay. Hopefully fully 3D gameplay and not the straight level design.
I just realized the Xbox cover mentions Series X, a new numbered entry for Crash on next gen is gonna be nuts

Problem with "eh, we'll do PC later" is that shit happens - like a global pandemic - and then it gets dropped entirely, like CTR.
