I haven't read the play since high school, but doesn't The Witch by Robert Eggers have a lot more in common with The Crucible than Midsommar? Doesn't Midsommar lack that same sense of McCarthyist accusations for theming (as well as the more obvious: witches)? There are some accusations in Midsommar, but not really on the same level. Interested to hear your reasoning, though.

edit: lol. I'm totally off mark with the discussion being had. wow. I didn't know there was a comic called Crucible, so my mind went directly to the play. Didn't see the last page of discussion at all, and I'm not caught up on X-Men. I'm outta here!

Thinking on it more, Bendis made some big mistakes with Daredevil in those last few arcs. Like saying Shield knows exactly how DD's powers work, and how he "sees". Or Electra saying she helped make something that actually doesn't exist lol.

GringoSuave89 I was reading that there's toilet paper etc shortages in ABQ because of the virus. Haven't noticed anything here yet in Alamo in regards to shortages, though I haven't checked on that in a while.

i can't remember if i mentioned it here before but i had bought a copy of just the base ohc a month and a half ago and it got lost in the mail. so when i saw this set for a really good deal i knew it was providence.

i can't help but think they're gonna put em out as two omnis before too long tho

Well then my IST wishlist somehow ended up becoming 98% DC. I need some more Marvel in here, so I'm in need of some recommendations. A few characters whom I enjoy to start off for now: Spiderman, Daredevil (the Bendis omni's are on here which I have to wait for a restock >_>), Captain America, Deadpool, Hawkeye (I do own the first hardcover edition of Fractions run), and the X-Men.

Just buy more Gundam volumes and forget about WicDiv. I have mixed feelings about that book. There were parts of it I really liked, but on the whole I think it overstayed its welcome.

hmm i might wait to pick up more gundam just to make sure i enjoy it. it's quite the investment. plus, there's that detective comics OHC out!
