yeah, Waid's and Zdarsky's are probably better, but Soule's run is still pretty great barring the first one or two arcs. It's where the Mayor Kingpin stuff begins and it's a joy. There's a whole story arc focused on Matt going to court to try to approve a law and it rules

Soule's run definitely gets better and has some really good stories.
Not to mention Mike Murdock.
Soule really went in on all that Inhumans stuff going on at the time. (I know he wrote quite a bit of it.)
