Chicken or beef?

I'm eating chicken and it's very tasty but there's nothing like a good beef. If you could only eat one of the two from now on, which one would it be?

Practicality and affordability? Chicken.
I can get chicken on sale for $0.99 a pound, once in a while as low as $0.69. Beef is so much more expensive that I rarely buy it. Also not so taxing on the environment like cows are.

When it's top tier nothing beats beef. A really nice steak is better than pretty much any other meat.

Really?

You have basic ground beef stuff--burgers, meatloaves, meat pies of various cultures.

Then you have steaks of various types.

Then you have braised preparations like short ribs and oxtails.

Then you have BBQ--brisket, ribs, etc.

And finally charcuterie like pastrami and roast beef.

Offal is good. Tongue, beef heart, liver. But I know most people aren't into it. Beef tongue tacos are great, though.

Chicken. I feel there's more dishes I like with chicken. Burgers and steak are great and all, but there's just so much more variety with chicken.

Beef is too chewy for me sometimes and its hard and expensive to get a good cut and prepare properly. Chicken is a lot easier to cook and I like more recipes that use chicken.
