If you've been on TikTok at all recently, you've probably come across videos and/or comments touching on the "Super Straight Sexuality" trend - where Transphobes have come up with a new sexuality to reaffirm their supposed preference for women who are "biologically born women." It's of course framed only from the POV of "straight men," and boys/men on the platform are of course pretty much the only ones parading the bullshit.

They've gone as far as to suggest that they're now a part of the LGBTQ+ community. A bunch of people throughout TikTok can be found with icons housing Pornhub colors, which is the hate flag that's being paraded around as the "movement's" symbol. If you're unlucky, you may have had some of these videos come across your FYP. It's straight up some of the most hate filled, weak built bullshit I've witnessed in recent memory. Fortunately it's being dismissed for the transphobic bullshit that it is, but the fact that its as rampant as it is on the platform is disheartening - albeit not all that surprising.

This was the case for the "Super Straight" trend. It was originally started by TikTok user Kyle Royce, who made a now-deleted video informing viewers that he had "made a new sexuality." He explained, "now, I'm super straight. I only date the opposite gender, women, that are born women. So you can't say I'm transphobic now because that's just my sexuality."
