Can we have an NPC of the decade thread?

I've been making a shit ton of threads in gaming side lately, sorry about that - I'll give it a rest for a while after this.

On multiple other sites I see a meme of the decade thing going on, and in those discussions I saw "arrow to the knee guy" from Skyrim show up. Which got me to thinking... who is the most iconic, memorable, or likable NPC that appeared this past decade?

What do I mean by NPC?

-Not a major character in the story. So, Dandelion from The Witcher wouldn't count because he is involved in so much of the story, despite technically being an NPC. Someone like Barnabas, your ship captain from Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, would tow the line, and probably be acceptable.

-Has to be an incidental or side character.

That's it!

My vote goes to Arrow to the Knee Guy.

Kim Kitsuragi from Disco Elysium is the NPC of the decade for sure. Maybe even the NPC of the century. There are few characters in games as well written and functional as he is

If we need to exclude leads, maybe Siegmeyer?

It's so tough to do best of the decade stuff because there's too many options, but the first thing to pop into my head was solaire.

Though he has no physical form, Tales of Xillia 1 & 2 graced us with MUTTON, FRESH MUTTON!
In every town, that man was always ready to sell his MUTTON, FRESH MUTTON!
The irony is that in a game where you could buy ingredients for cooking, MUTTON, FRESH MUTTON was never one of them.

you spoke to him which was often as he was the most conveniently placed merchant in the game lol!

but he sticks with me because he is annoying.

I must say I LOVE Beedle from BOTW.
He's so happy and EXCITED! and trudges around the world popping up all over. I bought so many arrows from him. Gave him so many beetles. I love Beedle :)

Arrow in the knee guard, Sun Bro are the only ones that really blew up, were kinda minor and still are remembered every time. Gate guard from FE3H and "GAVIIN WHERE ARE YOUU" are way too recent to know if they will last.

Bloody Baron, O'Dimm, Kitsuragi, Futaba are way too big for what OP is mentioning.
