It's well-known that Flash is one of the most broken human comic book characters in all of fiction, Wally moreso than Barry, and since CW Barry is probably weaker than comic Barry and movie Sonic seems to be a much stronger version of game Sonic, do you think he has enough to take him on?

Arrowverse Barry can still time travel by running. Sonic can only do that in Sonic CD.

He pretty much ran at the speed of light. According to Sonic Wiki, Sonic's max speed is Mach 15.

Depends on the Sonic. Archive Sonic can easily outpace Quickman who can move at 2.5x speed of light. Movie Sonic appears to have the speed force when provoked, and can casually outpace DoFP Quicksilver

Movie Sonic isn't the strongest version of Sonic, nor has he really had enough time to become the perpetual god killer that Sonic is in other media (hasn't unlocked his super form for instance). CW Flash would take it for the time being.
