WTS Oculus Rift Bundle.
I got it from Amazon a few months ago. Quite a lot of stuff here (If you decide to buy and don't want parts of it, just let me know). It's been really lightly used, and treated with utmost care. I've personally just had issues with my giant freaking glasses fitting properly, so I used a lens adapter, which I will include. But the main reason I moved to Vive is because of the upcoming release of the Pimax, and the need for the Lighthouse system.
High resolution photos can be found here, I took close up shots of the headset so you can examine the HMD yourself.
The bundle I'm selling includes
- 1 x Oculus Rift Headset, box contents are as follow, and almost all of it is untouched. (Headset was never used without a VR cover of some kind)
- 1x VR Cover Long Interface for glasses and cover (Mine are still to large, Ray Bans XD)
- 1x Widmo VR cover for the standard interface (Great, closes the gap in the nose, but remains very breathable/comfortable)
- 3 x Camera Sensor with Built-in Stand
- 1 x Small Plastic Tool for Integrated Headphone Removal (Never Used)
- 1 x Oculus Remote with Integrated Battery (Lightly Used)
- 1 x Xbox One Wireless Gamepad(Never used)
- 1 x Xbox One USB Wireless Receiver for Gamepad and Instructions(Never used)
- 2 x AA Batteries for Gamepad(Never Used)
- 2 x Oculus Logo Stickers(Still there)
- Orange Puffball not included
Additionally I'm also including extension cables, and extra's I've 3D printed for the device!
- 2 x 3 meter/~10 feet AmazonBasics USB 3.0 Extension cables
- 1 x ~5 meter/~16 feet Monoprice USB 2.0 extension cable (Came with the third camera I purchased, only requires a 2.0 for third camera)
- 2 x Oculus Rift Perscription lens adapters, one in black, one in white. White probably needs a little more sanding on the under side for the bridge if used (I never used it, just used white to dial in the print).
- 3 x Oculus Rift Camera Mount for wall mounting with Command strips so you don't damage your walls (See below)
- 1 x Oculus Rift HMD Wall mount
- Rail system, butt-stock, grips for using the Oculus in shooter games if you want to. Never fully finished piecing it together, and the print isn't perfect, but it'll be fully functional if you want it.

And, if we didn't - considering this forum automatically truncates quotes past a certain length with a "click to see more," could we at least do that?

I was opposed to the limits on lists before because I appreciate being able to search for things. but the way quotes are truncated is really great. You can still search for things and they show up even if you haven't clicked to expand the list.
So I think adding a rule that "more than x items have to be in quotes" is a good idea. But i think the rule should count any items as an item, not only applying the rule for steam sellers or something as has been proposed before (not here, in previous thread).
I didn't realize that, that's pretty awesome.
So, yeah, really should be an open-and-shut decision, IMO.

The quote mechanic is definitely a bit of a game changer. I was kind of on the fence about it at the other site, but I think that could work nicely.

I'd say 20 for the same platform (in particular, Steam is really the big violator)
If it's stuff spread across multiple platforms, it isn't really as big of an issue.
If someone has 5 SNES games, 7 XBox games, 10 PS3 games, and 5 Switch games, that doesn't seem as big of an issue (IMO) as the long copy-paste-dump lists that just keep growing bigger and bigger.
I ended up blocking people on the old site that posted long lists, simply because it was such a pain to scroll past it when I wasn't interested in them to begin with. With the way the quote box works here, it's not an issue to me at all. I have no problem with people posting colossal lists within quote tags, since if I am interested, I can expand it and look. If not, the quote box is small enough that it doesn't hinder the page display.
