Please note that, in case any of the games are region-locked (most usually aren't, but the Activision releases may be), I'm located in Europe, so these would be European keys/Humble links.

If anyone is interested, please send me a PM.
I'm willing to negotiate things, especially if you are interested in more than one game.

Thanks

Please note I will constantly update this post before the next post that I make, so please check back often for any updates I make before then.

Changes made since original post:

10/28/19 - Target is currently having a buy 2/get 1 free video game sale on select games right now. A couple of the most recent big releases, Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Outer Worlds, are included during this sale! I can help you save even more money by knocking an additional 9% off the price during this promotion by using my surplus of Target gift cards that are saved to my Target account.

As an example of how this would work, if I were to order any combination of two $60 titles that are part of this promotion, the average price of all 3 titles would be $39.99. I will then knock down the average price for each game to $36.39 for you by using my surplus of Target gift cards! You can either do store pick up (if the game is in stock) or I can have Target ship the games to you. If interested, please message me.

TL;DR - With my help, you can get Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Outer Worlds for $36.39 each + tax from Target! You can also get other games, too! See links below:

Buy 2/get 1 free Switch game! I will give you an additional 9% discount!

Buy 2/get 1 free PS4 game! I will give you an additional 9% discount!
Buy 2/get 1 free Xbox One game! I will give you an additional 9% discount!
Select preorders also qualify for this promotion, such as Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Shenmue III, MLB the Show 2020, and others!

WTS

- $50 amazon gift card - $46 (8% off) - Use this towards a Switch Lite and save 8% off!
- $100 amazon gift card - $92 (8% off) - Use this towards a Switch Lite and save 8% off!
- $25 amc movie theaters gift card - $20 (20% off)
- $40 target gift cards - $36.40 (9% off) - I have multiples of these. Use this towards a Switch Lite and save 9% off! Or use these during the Target buy 2/get 1 free video game sale promotion that's live right now!

WTS - Games at 8% off from Walmart (prices listed below are with the 8% discount included. For the unreleased titles, click links below to see when Walmart gets their games)

I will order these online from Walmart/Target for you - you can either pick up the game at your local store or I can have these delivered to you - you pick. Please note with the 8%/9% discount that I give you (8% for Walmart/9% for Target), the pricing on all the above games beat Best Buy's GCU pricing. :) So, if you don't have GCU anymore and want an alternative that actually beats it, I can help you out here. Also, if there are any other games from Walmart/Target not listed above, I can order any of those for you as well.

I take PayPal family/friends, Venmo, Google Pay.

Mini-ATX Motherboard and Ryzen CPU

Not too picky on the model. I just want to avoid buying something at retail if someone here has something I can utilize for a new build I'm planning. I'm using an FX-6300 at the moment, so this should be a good bump for me.

I have a couple of old consoles and stuff that I'm looking to sell, and I figure this forum might be better than eBay or something similar. Recently bought a house and it's stuff I haven't used in forever, so it needs to go.
If my prices are off, they are negotiable. Also open to bundle deals (would prefer it since it makes shipping easier :P), just make me an offer.

WTS

Consoles:
- Nintendo Wii bundle (controllers, sensors, etc) = $40
- Nintendo Wii U 32GB Deluxe (black) = $100
- PS3 80GB Backwards Compatibility (the phat PS3) - $60

Games:
- Zelda Twilight Princess (wii) = $12
- Mario Cart (wii) = $20
- Mario Galaxy (wii) = $8
- Xenoblade Chronicles X (Wii U) = $20
- Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (Wii U) = $8

Random Stuff:
Crysis 2 Collectors edition statue = $20
Crysis 2 Collectors edition backpack = $20

I can obviously only speak from my own experience, but I've made numerous purchases with other members that took awhile to get back to me with a code, but in the end did come through. A lot of them were regular buyers/sellers on here too!

Sometimes you'll provide payment details when the other person isn't in a position to send the code just yet, whether it's because they stepped away or were messaging you on a lunch break, or any other number of reasons.

I don't think it's unreasonable to wait an hour or two before getting suspicious, especially if they have existing feedback. But obviously if the person has zero presence on the feedback sheet you should be a lot more careful.

Dealing with active and known traders changes the perspective, of course, but this was a user with no feedback.

However, I still think it's part of common courtesy--no matter how trustworthy you are--to not run away and do some errands moments after you've sent your payment details. Just send them later if you're not ready to make the trade at that particular moment. I think this is on both parties for the record, seller and buyer alike.

If you're on your lunch break and want to sell a code, you can be be upfront about not being available for the next few hours rather than sending me your payment adress and just disappear.

I've sent codes or gotten codes a whole day after. It can happen.

If you run away for 24 hours after me sending payment to the adress that you just sent me, I'd report that as a scam through appropriate channels.

If you can't spare a few seconds to verify the payment and send the code, don't initiate a trade.

More often, there are other signs to look after.
What other signs?

This is not just a scam-issue, it's about making a comfortable deal with your peers. It's bad form to let your buyer wait arbitrarily after sending payment. Even if you're trustworthy, no one appreciates having their money in limbo without knowing whether they'll get the good or not.

I'm a bit surprised by the number of posts excusing the scammer's absence after sending payment details on the previous page.

When it comes to digital goods, if you're not ready to make a deal you shouldn't initiate a conversation by sending PayPal details. As soon as you've done this you should be expecting payment so maybe, just maybe that's not a good time to make some dinner and be unavailable for two hours.

If you need to make dinner or whatever, you can either wait with sending details or just handle the deal on the phone.
If I put up my list, then someone messages me, I will send them my payment information back, and if it's not immediate (since the other person may also have shit to do), then I may go do something else for a bit, be out running errands, or something else. Not everyone is going to be that dedicated that after they send their Paypal detail, they have a set alert that will let them know on mobile when a payment goes through, and then drop everything they're doing to go confirm payment, then already written down the code on their mobile device, to send over.

I've had transaction in the past that were not immediate, and none of the buyers have ever had an issue since they weren't always there to pay immediately after, nor was I there immediately to send the code. Neither side had to send an additional message to prod each other into a countdown of what's acceptable digital transaction behavior. However, the key thing here is that both person had feedback history, and neither person was freaking out over something like 20 minutes. It's not out of the ordinary to ask a person to wait at the very least 20 minutes, or even longer. But in this case, there was more to it than just that since the initial comment wasn't too clear about the situation, which is why there was confusion in what the actual complaint was.

Not sure why this would be so surprising, but again, everyone is different I guess, but I just don't feel impatience is a good way to foster good transactions. In the end, the actual lesson here should be related to not purchasing from sellers with no feedback, at least not pay with FF. In many cases with no feedback sellers, I've even asked the seller to send first, and it's been fine as long as you have the feedback. There was a lot more wrong here than just the time issue, so let's just stop pointing to that singular aspect since there were a lot more pressing warning signs than just being patient.

XR. You're free to feel that way and it is not wrong. But I've done over 100+ transactions with my old account (I'm waiting for Cloggy to transfer the numbers to this account). I've sometimes gotten messages while at work. I've managed to look at those during lunch or a five minute break or (w/e). I've had just enough time to respond, but not the time to send the code until I get home from work or while commuting. I've never gotten negative feedback, and from memory, I don't think that I've ever had to leave negative feedback.

So when you provided your PayPal to have someone send you money, at that point you never told them to expect it at a certain time depending on your schedule and availability?

Most often yes, but not every single time.

EDIT: Then again, I don't think I've ever let anyone wait 24 hours, but probably at most 6 hours. My goal is (which is 90% of the time) to have sent keys in 15 minutes. It's probably because I'm used to how it works over at cheapassgamer, usually it takes a few hours to get a deal done. They log in, show interest in an item. I respond when I can. A few hours later, I get a message about them paying. More often than not, I'm in another region of the world. I wake up, read said message and send the key. I've done this here, on the old site and CAG for 10 years.

Is it the right thing to do? Sure? It's just not the end of the world for me. Whether I'm the buyer or seller. I can understand other peoples' frustration, though.

So if you did it most of the time you obviously believe it's the right thing to do. There should never be a point where you fail to tell someone who just gave you money when they'll receive your product.
I mean, there have been several times when I've dealt with a seller that never gave a timeline, and I just patiently wait since I generally only deal with people who have a fair reputation of feedback, and only send regular payment, unless their feedback is really good, then I might be willing to send FF.

I've waited half a day, to over a day before, but they work themselves out. The seller will respond, apologize, and we finish the transaction. Not optimal, but not every transaction needs to be optimal. Just as not every transaction anywhere else is perfect. It's just not a priority sometimes, and as much as I would like to think sellers would just always make me their priority, they all have shit to do, and so do I, so it's never going to be perfect, but that doesn't mean it can't work out just fine.

Again, in this particular case, it wasn't just a time issue, and I feel that's why it's irrelevant to keep talking about time, as there were many other indicators that this was not going to bold well for the buyer, and the person themselves admitted as such. I don't understand the point to keep trying to discuss the time aspect specifically, when the person even admitted that it wasn't about the time, but everything else that was wrong with the transaction.

FOR SALE: 1 EGS code for Borderlands 3 (PC). Bought it on release day so I'm selling the code I got from AMD.

I've already done the hardware check. Here is proof:

$45 via venmo, PM if you're interested and I'll give you my venmo ID.

Yes, I know I don't have any feedback, and folks might be wary after that other asshat ripped a few of you off. Hence the photo proving I have the goods 😁

Why not do paypal then? Venmo is impossible to refund in case of a scam (note: I'm not calling you a scammer), and I think everyone is a bit on edge with the recent scam that happened :D

I get that. But the paypal account is shared and I don't want the money to go in the general family budget. 😂

Hence the off-screen photo showing the AMD Rewards page up next to my era account viewing the b/s/t thread.

Nothing wrong with asking for non-PayPal payment methods, but since you're new and Venmo payments can't be refunded, you might be asked to send the code first before payment if you're selling to an established buyer with a history of feedback.
