I'm hoping for around 270 Paypal, but honestly I would much rather just sell this in person as I'm just more comfortable with that. If any Era members are around the Lakewood/Tacoma/Dupont/Seattle WA areas and are looking for a discounted brand new Switch hit me up, and the price can always be discussed further. In particular, I'd be much more accepting of around 250 if we can do this in person.

Hey all,

I'm selling my GPD WIn 2 prototype which is the model before retail. I tried to sell this back in April but didn't have any takers and I haven't used it since. It is very close to the retail version and will perform just like it.
  • This is a prototype unit made available earlier by GPD.
  • The differences to the final unit are minor, the main one being the screen hinge which locks at specific degrees, whereas the final unit is 'smooth' like a macbook screen hinge.
  • The intiial SSD died on me, and was replaced with a working SSD by GPD. As far as I know everybody who had their SSD replaced hasn't had the same issue since and there is 12 months warranty.
  • There is minor light bleed on the left hand side ( a known issue with some of the prototypes), it wasn't an issue for me personally playing games.
  • There are no marks or scratches or anything on the unit that I can see.
  • Less than 20 hours usage thus far, so still very new.
My price for the GPD Win 2 is AU$700 (US$505) + shipping costs. Current retail is US$700.

Shipping Costs

Australia - approx AU$20-30
US - 5 day shipping AU$50 (US$37.50) tracking and sign
US - 5 day shipping AU$77.50 ($55.50) tracking and sign and insurance


I will accept Paypal funds or direct bank deposit (for Australians only). They'll be no returns or refunds to me with this as I know the machine is fully functioning and is also still under warranty with GPD but rest assured you can buy with confidence.

Yeah I'd say that's pretty fair, though I feel kind of weird about sending it like that. I've never sent anything high dollar through the mail before, so I'm apprehensive and a little nervous for some reason lol. Regardless, go ahead and direct message me and we'll continue it there.
