I don't know about that. What I know is what everyone knows, and the thing I said it the comment your quoted: BioWare never said anything about it, and neither did EA.

Casey has said in official Bioware blog posts that while the focus is currently on Anthem Next & DA4, a team is spinning up on whatever is next for Mass Effect.
