Did this just come on a streaming service or something? Why are there a ton of posts about Moneyball on Twitter and here all of a sudden?

Moneyball is a legitimately great film, stuff like the Sandlot doesn't really hold up in the same way.

Which is the one where the kid breaks his arm and it makes him the fastest pitcher ever?

That one gets my vote.

*edit* It's Rookie of the Year

My faves are The Sandlot and A League of Their Own.

Field of Dreams stinks

Nostalgia is telling me Sandlot, but Moneyball is the overall better movie.

I watched Moneyball the other day and yeah, it's Moneyball.

Its better if you pretend it's actually about Basketball, though.

I fucking LOVE Moneyball, no doubt in my top 3 alltime favourites. And I don't care about baseball whatsoever.

Basically what captain Holt says here:

Sandlot has sexual assault in it and then that person who is assaulted eventually marries her assaulter. This I cannot get behind.

Yeah OP I think it is Moneyball as well. There are a lot of classics that are in part about baseball ( even biopics of famous players are not always about the sport), but Moneyball goes all in.
