Bruce has gray temples so it is some years after Returns. Alfred grew a mustache and Gordon is older. And I do think the bottom right heaadshot look like Hingle.
That's definitely an 80's version of those Twins, they look like stagehands during a Daivid Copperfield magic act (particularly the one with the lightbulbs and the materializing motorcycle entrance illusion) i'm really enjoying their look (I like that look in general).

I mean they're taking visual cues from TAS wherever they please. I see nothing wrong with it.
Don't expect Nicholson Joker. IIRC he negotiated a sizable percentage of any merchandise with his Joker likeness.

Wish they would have gone 100% original aesthetic without the TAS influence artistically, but I wonder if there was an issue with using the original actor's likenesses?
I think these are henchmen. That's a fun shoutout to the Batdance video either way. He better show up with the Batman half of the costume at some point.

Batman Forever and B&R are technically sequels but might as well be a separate series. This is just running with the idea that the Burton cast and general aesthetic stayed the whole way through.
Very interested in this, would love to see what all the Batman villains look like in that universe.

Quinones is the biggest Batman 89 fan I know so I think he'll do an incredible job.
