Sounds like he's going "down" - ha ha. (This is a pillow pun too. All the good pillow puns were taken. I am doing the best I can.)
I truly hope they win. Outright, unchecked lies need to be punished harshly. And this couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

You're focusing on the wrong part of my joke, here in the UK cushion and pillow are used fairly interchangeably in some contexts.
i love how the lawsuit calls out how his business is effectively a scam and, instead of ever proving the merit of his products, he always settled out of court when challenged.
Good. I doubt Rudy or the Kraken lady have much in the bank to begin with, but this guy has deep pockets. It would be nice for him to have to file for bankruptcy after the lawsuit.
