The game came out in 1995 near the end of the console's lifespan (same year as X3) and I'm assuming it didn't sell very strongly. Like a lot of SNES games around that era, they've become collectors items.
Me too, Also I cannot ever watch SMB runs because the background skips like crazy and I get dizzy. I believe it's some encoding error... It's a shame, really....
Hell yeah, GDQ time! I know the schedule always shifts back and forth a little, but the FF8 run starts pretty much right when I'll be finishing off work for that day, so I should be able to catch all of it! Can't wait!

I restarted Twitch and it seems to be ok for Mega Man, but yea, I couldn't watch the Metroid run, it was awful.
Unfortunately not, the only game you can play is the tepid 2016 remake. I never managed to finish it because Ratchet and Clank at 30fps feels wrong.
Yeah I remember thinking it was like a pixar movie come to life. It still holds up really well though, especially with the 60fps target.
I never did play it but I remember being in awe of how it looked and still remember the commercial for it. Early last gen is fun to look back on.

CovertMuffin does fun commentary but that constant PFFFHUHUHUHUHUH gets really old, really quickly.
GDQ in general is pretty good at riling up transphobes. This is a nice addition.

Is it not his job to entertain? Not everyone can be top tier funny. He is just doing his job. Besides that is just your opinion, i find him funny. Dont be so judgemental.
