I'm unsure. The person who says so in the chat I think is mocking the streamer.
The fact that these kind of people even have an audience frustrate me, along with the people that are in the chat like "LOOOOL JUST KILL YOURSELF", like jesus christ man.
It's a deplorable act on its own. But if this actually resulted in the person's suicide, it becomes dramatically more significant, and deserving of more than a simple Twitch ban.

The fact there's an audience for him even saying this is fucking terrible. Everyone involved in laughing should be banned off twitch as well. The only way to fix this is to be extremely strict and cut out any toxic members of the community.
