Three Houses has a lot of good choices (Felix, Sylvain, Claude, Dimitri) but Yuri is my # 1 now that the DLC is out.

I consider Fire Emblem a pretty good equal opportunity pervyness game, the series however needs more LGBT representation. That one is still moving forward at a snail's pace unfortunately for a game that doesn't shy away from catering to steamy power fantasies.
The series also always was a bit samey on the character design front, with a few especially good designs and a lot of middling ones that you can only tell apart by their ridiculous anime hair.
They do give us a lot of pretty boys and hunks though, so I'll name the series as a great example of attractive male characters.

Shortly into the game, they turn him bald and I immediately turned him back like I imagine a lot of people did.
The hair and beard tech should be 100% mandatory for every Rockstar game from now on. Its honestly underestimated how awesome this feature is and how many unique looks it can create.

One of the more noble and heroic members of the cast with just enough roguish, scuzzy behaviour to keep him interesting.

Otome is indeed horribly underrepresented in this thread, I think your post is the only one outside of my first post that has otome bois in it.
Yeah, there are actually a not insignificant number of GBF guys who are probably every bit as popular as the women. Belial, Sandalphon, the Dragon Knights, etc. Which is to say that the simping for the guys is in full force too, and Cygames (the devs) frequently play into that. For Valentines/White Day, they actually let you buy (with real money) and send the characters chocolate in exchange for physical thank you gifts from the characters, and the guys do very well in the chocolate rankings. It's kinda nuts.
