Do people even pay attention to user score on meta? If I wanted real people opinions I'd just ask friends
While probably not the main cause, there's a bit of a controversy right now in the Spanish community because of the game running at 30FPS.
Edit: checking the reviews, I found a few of Spanish-speaking people with low score complaining about framerates. Probably that + the usual platform war shit.

Meta user reviews are usually trash. Best not to pay them any attention.
The game suffers from frame-rate issues (during combat) in portable mode. Docked is locked from what I've seen.

Metacritic seems to be only taking a few negative reviews out of the 76 negative reviews. It happened pretty quickly.
Lol gamers don't give a shit. They care about frames, not people.
I usually complain about 30FPS as I'm pretty picky about it, and Platinum does strive for 60 pretty much all the time, but it hasn't bothered me yet in Astral Chain. Maybe only on the handheld mode, I haven't played on TV yet.
One of the games i wish i had a Switch so i can play it, not sure why this is happening it looks great

Is there a gay character? Is there a black character? Did a female character ask to be treated with respect?
Getting negative feedback for 30 FPS in an action game sound about right to me. What were they thinking?
They do when it's about a game they don't like. Plenty of people genuinely act as if user scores are a great metric when I could review bomb a game by myself in less than an hour.
