Even Origins didn't really get too mythological except for the parts you were on drugs and those were pretty light even then.
GoodGiven that they are planning on content for Fall 2021, I'm guessing the next AC will not be till 2022.

Huh? You mean that horde mode? Wasn't that *also* not canon? Similar to the Washington expansion of ACIII
No, the Gold Edition is just a package of the base game and season pass. The Ultimate Edition comes with additional things.I still don't understand how Ubisoft markets these games. There is the Season Pass, The Gold Edition, and of course the Ultimate Edition. I usually pick up the Gold Edition at the first sale, but is there a real difference between the game plus season's pass and the Gold edition?

This is what I'm saying, you wouldn't call the OG Red Dead a fantasy game because it had a whacky zombie expansion, same way I wouldn't call the older ACs full on fantasy games because they might had some elements outside the story here and there.
This (and maybe Odyssey, haven't played it) is just full on embracing it and making you hunt moss monsters. Not complaining, it looks sick, but it is a shift.
Riiight. I actually forgot about those alien space tombs. All of the mythological elements in Odyssey and Origins are presented in the context of the first civilization tech. I'm sure it will be the same in Valhalla.

Yeah, maybe. I just got the impression, after literally seeing mythological wolves and leshen-like creatures, that they just gonna scrap that.
Not aliens. Weird how people still think first civ are aliens when the evolved on Earth.Riiight. I actually forgot about those alien space tombs.

If it's like The Division 2, probably not. I don't know if there is a timing exclusivity for EGS or not.
Man things seem strangely silent on the Legion front considering it's right around the corner. Seems like Valhalla is getting significantly more marketing than Watch Dogs.Looks good. I'll probably pick up the season pass when it goes on sale. Watch Dogs Legion looks like it will have more post launch though.

? Is it? They released their post launch video and Story video about a week or two ago.
True. I guess I mean in terms of interest. Just not seeing a lot of chatter (not just here but Twitter, etc).
