Are you scared that the “Netflix movie” effect is going to effect games going forward?

I would absolutely challenge that. Even though I do not consume movies I do consume alot of content about movies and the industry.

Dude you literally said "to me the movies feel very generic and like the director is just following a template which make the movie feel very "manufactured"." You then said you've only seen two movies neither of which debuted on Netflix or other streaming service. So your opinion comes from at best, "I've heard this information second hand " and worst, "I've pulled it totally from my ass".

Given that the OP hasn't admitted that they haven't even watched a Netflix movie in half a decade to fuel this fear, we are going to lock this thread as it does not seem to have been made in good faith on solid foundations.
