Are you hyped for 2020? [image heavy]

Not in particular, no. Been a steady stream of great games for quite a long while now and 2020 looks about the same. Not a knock on 2020's releases and more praise for how many good games come out these days.
I am looking forward to the games in 2020 instead of being hyped because hype culture is very bad.
Well for FF 7 and The Last of Us 2? Yep! PS5, Yep! Anything else? Not as much unless Elden Ring comes out.

Kinda, but FF7 is the only one I care about. And maybe the next WoW expansion, if that's out in 2020.

Amen. I feel like I've been waiting for infinite since Halo reach disappointed me. That's how much my hopes and dreams ride on it.
It's going to be big one of the biggest years in gaming of all time. I've got FF7, Cyberpunk, Avengers, and The Last of Us 2 preordered. I'll preorder Ghost of Tsushima whenever that gets a release date.
I'm also definitely picking up Gods & Monsters, Doom Eternal, Nioh 2, Watch Dogs Legion, and Vampire Bloodlines 2, most likely sometime after they launch. There are also games that don't have a release date/official announcement that are likely 2020 games, like AC Vikings, Death Loop, and Ghost Wire-- I'll be buying all of those as well.
Then capping it all off with the PS5...

And those are just first half of 2020 (well, not sure about Yakuza 7). Then we have fall (Ghost of Tsushima!) and next-gen launch games coming on top of that. Yup, I'm hyped.
