I'm intrested as i have gained some serious weight in the last six months or so, and i would like to lose it all. It's just the process of starting to lose weight that's always the most difficult.
Yeah, as flawed as the scale is, for the vast majority of people basic rules like "15 is not a bmi you want to be at" and "a bmi of 30 is likely hazardous for your health" absolutely apply.I try to keep in a healthy BMI strip, which I know isn't a perfect scale but I know I'm not anorexic at least.
