I'm intrested as i have gained some serious weight in the last six months or so, and i would like to lose it all. It's just the process of starting to lose weight that's always the most difficult.

I'm 5'11 and about 150 pounds. My pants size is either a 30 or a 32 depending on the fit. Honestly I wish I was 15-20 pounds heavier. I look like a green bean at times. Not gonna happen anytime soon as I've had a super small apatite recently.

Nah, could do with losing a few pounds.

My wife is doing a juice cleanse or some shit, I think I might join her if she survives.

Absolutely.

1.76 meters tall and I weigh 64kg. I think that's been my weight for the last 10 years.

I am good. I am 170 cm and 54kg. The heaviest I have ever been was 60 kg when I gained weight due to an undiagnosed thyroid condition. I did not feel good at all with the additional weight.

192lbs @ 6'3" / 87.5kg @ 190cm

I used to weigh this much with little to no (extra) muscle. Did a whole bunch of cardio at one point, went down to 158lbs/72kg and then put on muscle. I'm too lazy and undisciplined for a six pack, which is my only gripe because my mid-section is my problem zone (genetically wide torso).

I honestly don't care about my weight number though. Barely ever check it. It's all about how it looks for me.

I'm mostly happy. I'm 184 cm and 70 kg. Personally i'd like to weigh a bit more, and I eat a lot of protein and work out, but my metabolism works overtime.

I'm happy with my weight, just unhappy with my body composition.
My body fat is always in the 18% :/

I'm 1,96m and at 138,5kg. I'm pretty muscular but I'm also rocking a dadbody. I just came back from the doc consulting on diet options.

81kg 175 cm.

Used to be 63 but looked and felt dangerously underweight.

When I started adding some weightlifting to my exercise my weight went right up. I feel good these days. Same level of fitness with a bit more mass.

Yeah. I'm 1,52 m and around 60KG. Works well for me. I remember 10 years ago when I was like 48 kt, I was too skinny.

Getting there! Started the year around 68 kg at 182 cm, but with some lifting and solid nutrition I'm somewhere around 73-74 at this point.

It's actually gone surprisingly fast and the gains feel pretty well weighted towards lean mass instead of fat, even if it's inevitable to get some of the latter.

Weight? Definitely. I'm 6'1 and 160 lbs.

I do have a bit of fat but it's nothing major at all.

I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds, but it's not that I'm struggling with it.
Feeling a lot better after transforming some fat into muscles. :)

I think I could stand to lose 20 pounds, but I've been working out 6 days a week, so I've added some muscle at least. But I need to cut down on the food haha.

188cm 120kg.

No, I want to lose 15 KG. I won't be skinny, but I'll be healthy at that point.

Gaining a few more kg would not hurt actually. But I will loose weight for about 3 more weeks. Then I go on vacation and will not care if I gain some. Gonna focus on gaining some muscles then.
188 cm. 73 kg.
6 ft 2 inches. 160 lbs.
About 13% fat.

Yes. 183 cm. 85 kg. But I lift a bit, so some of that is muscle. I could do with a bit less belly fat, but other trhn that I'm in the best shape of my life.

I want to gain more but any extra weight I put on seems to go to my gut. So I need muscle. Haven't been feeling motivated recently tho

98kg/180cm, so no.
I was 125 about 12 years ago though and now I feel better, but still have lots of extra weight.

I lost like 13kg since the beginning of March, and I look alright imo. Could do with a nicer muscle/fat ratio, but I'll get there.
So I am happy right now.
About 67kg at 1.72m
Down from 80+kg, about 82.5 at my peak

Not exactly.

Always been skinny lanky dude but for a while now I haven't been doing as much cardio as I used to and I still eat as much fast food as I did as a teen, so needless to say I've noticed some changes. I keep telling myself when I get in a better place I'll make some major changes and get that flat tummy I used to have without even trying.

Nah. 182cm and at 110kg, have a ton of weight to still lose. Much better than the 130 I was a couple of months ago. Upside is that even if I have a gut and some serious man boobs I don't have to lose too much weight as a dietician friend of mine explained to me that my body type and muscule mass from work alone means that I can go down to 90 and be as thin as someone who is 60 or 70 kilos if I hit the gym, anything else will look too skinny

I'm happy enough. Sometimes I look in the mirror and think I could be skinnier but people always tell me I'm skinny as it is.

I try to keep in a healthy BMI strip, which I know isn't a perfect scale but I know I'm not anorexic at least.

I've been working out the last few months to shed some weight, but i've also been going through a really bad bout of depression.

Made some really good progress weight loss wise and noticed my clothes fitting super loose so I decided to weigh myself and noticed I accidentally lost 35 lbs last month just because I haven't been able to get myself to eat regularly.

So it's like, awesome I lost a ton of weight, but oh no this isn't sustainable.

I'm 5'8" and 115 lbs or so, so around 30 pounds underweight. I dunno, I've always been underweight so I guess I'm used to it.

In terms of the number on the scale, I really can't complain.

As for how my body looks, I'm far from content.

I hover between 140 -150 lb at 5'10. I'm a good weight for not exercising at all, but sometimes I feel pretty thin, to where I feel like a little kid around taller, heavier guys. I suppose I need to start working out and bulking if I want to change that...

I'm 1,91m (6'3" I think) and 90kg (199 lbs) so yea its alright but I would like to be more fit. Some muscles definitely wouldnt hurt.

Edit: first time I used a converter I was 194 lbs now it says 199 lbs. One of the two is probably correct lol
