Indeed it is, we're going have to wait for final reviews.. however, the ps4 ver is eligible for a free ps5 upgrade if anything you won't be missing out on much outside the box logo.

Due to BC the ps4 ver ( at least from the beta) never dropped frames compared to the ps5 ver which did.

It was a network test. From doesn't have a great rep but I'd be surprised if at launch it isn't mostly a locked 60fps on PS5.

Definitely digital but I'm not quite sure where yet. Leaning Series X for the New Zealand release time and the fact it would be free via Microsoft Rewards. Though if PC has DLSS and/or smoother, more stable optimized settings that would certainly be enticing. PS5 will no doubt have the most active console population for PvP/Invasions, which I love, so I haven't ruled it out either.

Good 'problem' to have, though. Hopefully Digital Foundry is able share their findings a few days before launch.
