Saw this last night live. Was hoping for some real answers but got the opposite of course. Holy fuck we are screwed.
Was just checking what Fox was talking about btw. Not a regular viewer.

And this is exactly why closing schools and businesses (or switching to remote work if possible) and stopping events is 100% necessary. They're not going to stop the spread of the the virus, but it will slow it down so that hospitals aren't swarmed with patients all at one time.

Last I saw 65,000 ventilators in the US. And an estimated 1.5 million potentially in need of one due to the virus alone. (That's memory and I'm not a professional so don't quote me).

Do the math.

Oh, this is the same person mentioned in the other thread, who is not wanting to loosen Medicaid rules so people can be fast tracked to treatment.

Yeah CNN has been hammering the same question and no direct answers and thats all you need to know. They dont have enough ventilators.
