Does the strobe of the "From Sapiens to Ludens" link up to the colours of that image at all?

If you lower the brightness all the way and up the contrast in GIMP, it shows there's symbols in the shapes. Just discovered this myself.
My first thought was use a QR reader but no such luck.

It's just using the same URL that's directed there from the beginning. It's not new.
Do each of the colors when separated spell something on braille?
