My bet is sniper ammo, pretty long draw time but deals higher single shot damage than Sentinel, probably in the 150s range on purple helmets (Sentinel deals 105 to purple helmet, 132 with shield cell boost).
Well Fuse apparently has the worst win-rate of any legend and is definitely in need of a major buff, so I don't know if what you say is really the case here. Rampart continues to be a bad pick. Horizon is the only kinda op new legend, and is getting a major nerf next season.
I forgot about Fuse, yeah I agree he is not OP at all and needs a buff . I Think Rampart is in a good place after some changes where she can be a nuisance and Horizon for sure is OP. I have to wait and see what this jet pack can do but it seems like it could be crazy.
Recent info from an insider (not confirmed by Respawn though) showed the care package weapons staying the same. You might be right, but I'd keep expectations low about the prowler leaving the care package.
It hasn't been announced yet (there are teasers still happening in the game for it over the next couple weeks), but you are referring to the Arenas mode. Very few details are known outside of it being 3 v 3 in various Points of Interest from the larger maps.

They did do that with the LSTAR, but I think it annoyed everyone, so they've learned their lesson I hope.
I doubt it will happen that soon. But they have said in the past they're working on it.
I forget where I saw it, but I think one of their roadmaps implied the next gen release would be after the mobile release, so probably this fall?
