To be clear, I don't have anxiety attacks over the thought of humanity going extinct in 2050. I have them because I think we're going to live in a hellworld ruled by fascists and warlords while everyone who's done nothing wrong but exist dies around them. We're a resilient species. But not a resilient civilization.
Its because he is right. Human extinction and the death of all life on the planet is a scary thing. We are out of time we had plenty of time to fix this now its time to pay up.
