Hi, if it helps, other people have said that you need to launch the anthem demo before it registers with each, and then the web page will tell you you have access.
Seems backwards to me but who knows.

They go to some form of a postmaster in Fort Tarsis, yes. It was mentioned on one of the livestreams recently IIRC.

They said on the stream that only masterworks and legendaries go to the "postmaster". All the other loot you have to pick.
They email you a zip file that has a bunch of .loot files in it. You have to extract that zip, and then add the .loot files into your Origin Games/AnthemDemo/Data/Loot directory. The next time you start the game, you'll have the loot in your inventory.
I assume there is someone at BioWare right now looking at a clock with their hand hovering over a giant button.
