Its kind of crazy how his stuff could be done, in my state they literally re-elected the same guy as mayor after he went to jail for corruption. I think he just need to own up with what happened acknowledge it and move forward. Its crazy what double standards this country has for people esp black and brown people being flawed, but guys like trump find success being flawed as hell.

I agree. I think both sex work and drugs should be legal, and I don't think that getting caught doing a bit of partying with both should be some kind of life sentence. But here in America, especially as a black man, I don't see Gillum bouncing back from this. Which fucking sucks. I mean Bill Clinton spoke at the 2020 DNC and he's done far worse non-consensual shit. There's just not as much leeway for POC in politics.
