In a sense. It throws a twist in how the group has to deal with walkers.
Yeah, I think that's around when the new season is added.Great. Totally checking it out when it comes to Netflix. Probably in like September.
I've begun to realize the meandering nature of the show just will never do it for me. It doesn't matter if it's better now, because in the end it will just continue spinning wheels due to having no end-game goals to work towards.
After Alpha there will just be another bad guy to fight, and on and on it goes.
That's how you can tell I have good taste!Better than season one? Well, I believe you since I trust anyone with a catboots avatar.
Yeah, though last year he did claim that he does have an ending in mind that he's slowly building towards, but it's pretty far off and might take years to get to. Which...makes sense, but it's easy to just make a comment like that. There's been a bit of mention in the past that any walker around is going to decay and rot away EVENTUALLY, so he's probably just building to a future where most of the big walker herds have just simply rotted away and humanity builds itself back up with the implication that it could come crashing down at any point again. Humanity itself will continue to be the walking dead. This has been my issue with the Walking Dead in general. Kirkman doesn't have an end in mind, he's not building up to anything. It's pretty clear that it won't end until it stops making money or until he's tired of it, which will probably be never.

my bad for the messup. Oh well, cute sona! That's how you can tell I have good taste!
EDIT: Just saw your edit. My fursona was designed by my friends and I. Catboots just did the avatar haha
Back-to-back some of the best and most memorable episodes of the series. The second-to-last one in particular is absolutely in my top five episodes. The second to last episode and origin of the X scars were doozies. Been a long time since I've been that shocked watching a long running show.
It's alright, a compliment is a compliment lol. Thank you!
I'll never defend that moment. I thought season six was good for the most part, but that moment was some real bullshit, especially given that he ended up actually dying not too long afterwards.i will say this, people do have a point about how fucky Dumpster Glenn was, given how excellent of an episode it was. That was really shitty.
Robert Kirkman has an ending in mind for the comics, but he said last year that it could still be several years away. The show is another thing entirely and probably won't end until it becomes financially unviable to continue; it's still a couple years behind the comics even.So are they ever planning for an actual ending to this show? Have the comics moved towards some sort of resolution?
Without giving away details, no. Andrew Lincoln and Lauren Cohan both left the show after episode five (at least, I think it was five). Lincoln is reprising his role as Rick in a trilogy of theatrical films though, while Cohan has expressed interest in returning as Maggie at some point down the line.
Nope. This was his last season. And this season was fucking awesome, though I did miss him.
If you liked the show at any point, you should absolutely catch up on season nine. It's the best the show has ever been (though the fact that I made this thread at all should give away my thoughts on it, I suppose). We went right from having the worst season (eight) in the show's run to having the best. It's fantastic.Holy shit. I am seriously out of the loop. Maybe I should catch up. Completely lost interest after Carl's lacklustre death. No idea what happens with Negan!
He could have been put to much better use in seasons seven and eight. Funnily though, I think he's one of the best characters in nine.So looking at the last several comments we all agree Negan ruined the show.
I forgot about that. I probably won't watch it, but I'm very excited for season ten.
I made it to season 6ish. Bring back Shane and I'll come back to the show. I don't care if it is his long lost twin brother.

Yes, but he's written much better / is much more believable / is handled with much more thought than before, and has actual genuine character development... which also goes for pretty much every character on the show in season nine.
Was it season eight? I would say yes. I believe there's a short recap of sorts when you watch the first episode anyway, though if there isn't the only things you really need to know are:
