Am I the only one thinking protestors could take the White House?

Wouldn't they just send armed Predator drones + helicopters etc to rain fire until the military comes to the rescue?

Alright. Here's a very simple rough outline for a scenario.
How is it that the protestors are not being mowed down? There would need to be some form of agreement with the military, or perhaps separately, of essentially a coup that enforces the 25th Amendment and Trump stepping down.
The taking of the WH then would essentially be allowed by the military, who evacuates the personnel and locks up shop, and the WH is taken symbolically back by The People.
No one dies. Symbol is big.
Not saying it's likely.

... yeah, I think this thread idea could have used a bit more time in the oven.
You'd also need a sizeable military force whole divisions of the US military rebelling and joining said revolutionary forces. That's not whats happening. What has happened today is that the face of fascist white establishment has been exposed. What people of color have been dealing with forever everyone got a taste of it. The monster has been exposed.
What now? Well that's anyone's guess.
