It'll so entertaining to see TK immediately do this better than WWE has ever been able to with NXT. Even when NXT was good it was entirely in spite of the people in charge at the top as proven by the existence of NXT 2.0.
All that said, the Pure title should become an AEW title. I need Danielson defending that title every week.
Nice summary, I might have given it an A- or a B+ but like you, I really enjoyed tonight's show.

The MJF/Punk build has somehow over-delivered all the expectations I had for it when Punk signed with AEW. Just a masterclass by two incredibly talented guys who are clearly having the time of their lives:

-As a 2010s ROH fan of quite a few years, Tony's announcement was pretty cool, and having the opener be Danielson vs. Daniels got me in the feels. Good match, an even better post-match. Beyond ready for Danielson vs. Mox.

I feel like a "Double or Nothing" PPV would supply such a crowd. Not sure it would be the right time or place for the match but I agree. I'd personally like the wheels to spin a little faster when it comes to the House of Black and they're current feuds but I shouldn't complain...The house always wins!
ROH and Stardom had a working relationship? Any notable matches?

Relationships like that were more than likely built on the people involved with both companies instead of anything that'd be transferred to TK automatically with the sale.
Big news about ROH and after thinking about it, it's a great move.
This seems like it's going to be what Dark/Elevation should be, actual full wrestling shows that have promos/skits included instead of basically just matches.
This is now their NXT where they can give the underutilised talent actual time to develop feuds and characters and bring them up when they have plans.
It also works out great because they already have a wealth of talent ready to go so it's not like ROH not having contracted Wrestlers actually hurts them. Just get the champs signed and continue from there.
Another positive is that they can put plans together without any real roadblocks unlike trying to do cross plans with Impact/NJPW etc where you have to work with an independent company.

I mean, having "from the team behind All Elite Wrestling" on a press release would probably get some television executive interest, right there.
While I'll be there live at both events all I can think about is how the matches should've been Flipped for sure. And I think Jeff is free at that point for sure so it is possible.

I don't fully understand the ramifications of the ROH purchase so I haven't commented on it. However, I do find it funny that Vince buried WCW when he bought it whereas TK celebrated ROH's history and is seemingly looking to carry it forward or even grow it.

- The ROH tape library will help with a streaming deal. I only care about Gresham, Bandido and some of the women but there are plenty of underutilized AEW wrestlers who could be sent to ROH to get their reps in. Shane's not here lol.
- Danielson vs Daniels was my MOTN. Mox more amped up than Tony Khan.
- Tag Team Battle Royale was good. The division is ridiculously stacked. Nice to see Darius wrestle again. Caster back on form with that rap.
- The Punk/MJF feud is great. Wasn't expecting a crimson mask and a hanging :O
- More of Lee & Ricky please.
- DMD & Hayter vs Mercedes & Rosa was solid.
- Statlander/Hirsch finally going to happen.
- Wardlow vs Bononi was OK. Spears backing down and Wardlow getting lippy with Max lol.

I love TK's enthusiasm for wrestling. When he did the announcement last night, he was real with the fans and not just doing a script like other promotions. He has fun with it with the Shane line, showing how much of a wrestling fan he is.
Very fun Dynamite last night. Though I'm not really feeling the Adam's feud. I mean I know it's going to be a banger of a match, but that finish was quite underwhelming. Specially after what we saw between Punk and MJF.
Rosa winning makes me think that she'll lose at Revolution... but that's the usual story in WWE. I'm not sure if we'll see the same here.
