I have no clue who even wins that match...I assume Pac because he's been there since the beginning and still hasn't held a title.
WWE and mainly Vince only saw PAC/Neville as a Mighty Mouse character, so of course he never got the push he deserved especially after his Cruiserweight title run where he just killed it on all levels.
