Approaching this seriously rather than with sheer incredulousness. Since we've been taught over the past couple of decades to view racists are synonymous with evil, there has been a large effort to try to make the definition of a racist more and more restrictive, to the point that it describes a mythological creature that we can all agree is bad but can no longer agree even exists. That way, people can keep getting cheap lip service points for saying that racism is bad while also actively making efforts to preserve the white supremacy that enables political hegemony.
If you can pull the definite back so far that even Hitler - basically a shorthand for racism at this point - isn't a racist because he's got some explanation, then the word has now lost all meaning. You can wear a white hood with a death's head, screaming racial epithets and waving the confederate flag with your swastika tattooed arm, and no one can all you a racist anymore because if even Hitler isn't a racist because he isn't an unthinking monster that's totally evil down to their very soul, surely neither are you.

nobody said he was not a race supremacist, just that he didn't preach the superiority of the white race in general, but of a very precise ethnic group (if you can call it that since i don't remember if the aryan race was already a recognized distinct ethnic group or he made it up)
He didn't really make it up so much he appropriated it. "Aryan" is a Sanskrit word meaning "noble"; it came to be used as a cultural identifier in northern India and Persia.
The Nazis promoted theories that essentially held that North Germanic people were superior in that they were somehow more pure Aryan than others. It's a little like how lost continent conspiracy theories essentially serve to give white people credit for stuff like the Pyramids because all of them were created by a superior ancestor rates which whites are inevitably most linked to.

It isn't meaningless, but it is arbitrary, as is whiteness in general. The concept of the superiority of the "white race" and the concept of the superiority of the "Aryan race" are just different words serving the exact same function; the perpetuation of the hegemony of particular cultures and the justifications of the abuse of others.
The entire reason why white people are defined as such or Aryan is given this bizarre definition which has nothing to do with the people who were originally calling themselves that is for the purpose of denoting the superiority of the in-group and thus justifying its dominance over the out-group.
Remember that Hitler also declared the Japanese to be honorary Aryans, which completely breaks any claim it had to being linked to actual ethnicity, and makes it transparently a nebulous concept used for political reasons. Just as how people who weren't considered white at one point become white later.

Here's the trick. The definition of whiteness changes. Slavs were one of Hitler's largest ethnic targets. Slavs would probably be considered to be white today. But Hitler didn't consider them to be white, he considered them to be a separate race altogether - so targeting them was still an act of white supremacy in his own mind.

So he trusts that the public health guidelines staved off deaths but doesn't trust the people who set those guidelines to actually know when it's over huh? If the "danger has passed" medical experts wouldn't be stressing not to fucking reopen. I also hate this "people die every day" bullshit. It's like a 1000 starving ravenous tigers are running throughout the city slaughtering people, Animal Control comes out and tells people to stay off the streets while they attempt to corral them, then people like this say, "People die everyday/The cure can't be worse than the disease!" to force they idea that people are being robbed of their freedom and somehow this situation is normal rather than fucking dire. This isn't like the fucking flu. If it were epidemiologists and biologists wouldn't be fucking panicking. Hospitals wouldn't be full and begging for medical equipment and PPE if this was just "one of those quirks of life", "some die some live", etc.
Yes there is a facility created to house patients with COVID. It's called a fucking hospital. Doctors have already given you and everyone else the game plan. Stay at home, sanitize and wear masks. That will reduce the number of COVID patients. COVID patients aren't being "targeted" they're being fucking treated. No one will be "rounded up" at all and even if that were a possibility, it's easy to solve by reducing the number of fucking patients which is why the fucking guidelines exist.
Funny how he's so concerned about people's fear of a certain group causing one to commit atrocities but I can almost guarantee he hasn't said word one about shit like the Trump administration's decimation & demonization of Hispanic families and corralling of their children into actual unsafe camps where abuses and fatal illnesses have already taken place or police brutality and injustices/judicial abuse of black and brown people or trans people being denied basic civil and human rights systematically due to being grossly and purposely mis-characterized as mentally ill pedophiles by the religious right.
