He should be, but with wrestling you never know what the outcome will be. He's one of their top guys and part of their "future" so he might just get a fine/suspension.
Keep in mind that this is an industry where "shoot segments" like: "F.ck/Marry/Kill" or "Have you f.cked Diva XY"? are perfectly acceptable games/questions! Those had been popping up in my YT feed for some time and nobody minded them or raised an eybrow when they were asked...
Yikes. What the fuck. Also, this took place on a wrestling Youtuber's podcast show. The host of the show(The Whole F'in Show) is a huge dick and constantly says shit like that all the time. I used to watch the show back in the day, but the misogynistic and creepy comments really turned me off.

You shouldnt be saying anything like that to begin with. To say it publicly about a potential co-worker takes levels of stupidity that is off the charts.
No way are they firing him. He will apologize, say he was young and ignorant, and make amends to better his platform.

Good fucking god. Even as great as I think he's been in the ring, that's just fucking stupid. At the bare minimum, he should issue an apology to AEW as well as Sasha and get a fine/suspension. However, I'm not against him being fired for this as well. Even at 21 years old, he should know better than to say anything about raping anyone whether he was kidding or not.

Maybe not, but you don't need to put out a statement saying "Best wishes to Jimmy as he enters rehab" either. Say he's in rehab, mention the allegations and explain why it can't be addressed at that time.
they'd be opened to litigation. the thing with #metoo is that it comes from a moralistic pov(and i mean this in a good sense). it makes no sense for them, rn, to say "oh, he's in rehab now, but when he comes out, we firing them". as a company, from a PR standpoint, that's bad, regardless of the reasons.
