Kris was always going to say she is okay to wrestle considering it's her first PPV and title shot with AEW. Khan should've stepped in and held it off and just done a #1 contenders match instead.

This close to the ppv? With a still relatively weak womens division? With kris being one of the strongest despite being in the business for a few years? Lol nah.

It's the least worse option out of a whole host of bad ones.

They already did the shana angle, and a multi womens match. Ammo was spent.
