Hangman/Omega over FTR -
Hangman and Omega come to blows against each other but still try to win the match. The Bucks, having won #1 contendership come out and cost FTR the match because THEY want to be the ones to take the title from Hangman. Tony Khan said Wednesday was going to be special. Hangman/Omega vs. FTR vs. Young Bucks triple threat for the title. FTR wins. I think that when FTR and the Young Bucks face off for the one on one for the first time they will want FTR to go over. Then when the Young Bucks turn face again they get their win back. Hangman and Kenny can be at odds but not directly against each other for now. Hangman goes after Brodie, Omega after Mox.
Mox over MJF - Mox beats MJF, then faces battle royal winner PAC in a few weeks. Then at Full Gear we get Mox vs. Omega. This allows Mox to complete all of his feuds that were built in before his title run.

My predictions!
*Private Party beats Reynolds+Silver - I like Silver more than anyone else in this match and boy does he deserve a push, but he ain't getting it. Private Party getting a win back after recent losses.
*Janela beats Serpentico - Janela not going to lose to a jobber.
*Baker beats Swole - Baker being built for a championship run, for sure.
*Hardy beats Guevara - I'm actually 50-50 on this. Would they do the leave town gimmick without a plan to use it? But at the same time, Hardy really deserves to fucking destroy somebody. And Guevara honestly doesn't deserve the push -- right now.
*Young Bucks beat Jurassic Express - Young Bucks go full heal. What better way to get heat than to destroy the beloved Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy.
*Dark Order beats Natural Nightmares - Nightmares aren't going to win without Cody. Brodie is too much of a monster right now.
*Kingston wins Casino Royale (please PAC and Miro) - Short of PAC returning or Miro showing up, Kingston makes the most sense as the next challenger for Mox. What a great fucking rivalry that'd be.
*Shida beats Thunder Rosa - Shida wins. Rosa is going to be give a ton of offense. She's being built for the championship, but she won't get it without a contract.
FTR beats OmegaMan - OmegaMan explodes. Kenny goes full heel. Awesome match, but it's Kenny vs. Hangman that leaves the biggest impact despite FTR walking away with the belts.
*Jericho beats OC - OC doesn't need to win to get over. He needs a great match. And Jericho can't just keep losing rivalries. I change my mind. OC wins and Jericho goes swimming. #blessed
Mox beats MJF - MJF's streak has to end and Mox is the best (and only sensible) person to take it. MJF needs to build some character with some proper wins and losses before really earning the belt.

I think I agree with most of these. I'm less sure about the Battle Royale (because there are so many potential ways it could go) and I think OC beats Jericho. Jericho gains nothing from winning and he seems happy to put OC over.
Also I just don't think Jericho comes up with a Mimosa Mayhem match and doesn't get himself dunked in the drink lol
They're doing such a great job with this lead up : half the red carpet ,the countdown show ,the other half of the red carpet and then the buy-in. Really , really gets you excited
Yeah. The tank of mimosa is there for Jericho to get dunked. Jericho gets what it means to be a good heel. And a heel is built up to be taken out by a babyface. Heels SHOULD lose big feuds, ultimately. The unbeatable heel trope is bad modern WWE booking. Besides, Jericho individually has only really lost one feud in AEW- to Moxley. This is a big launching point for Orange. You're not building Jericho up for anything more because he's winding down his career. Putting over a future star in Orange is exactly what he needs to be doing IMO

But I could also see them throwing a swerve with someone interfering like Hager who gets thrown in there while Jericho gets his win. Just don't fuck up the ending like they did last time.
Sammy beats Hardy. Matt will destroy him, but I'm 99% certain that Matt wants to give Sammy his push into stardom.

Seems clear as day, and that's fine. Sometime these things should be predictable. You put over Orange Cassidy no matter what. It'll be HOW they get there that will be fun.
I can see Jericho winning the match by pinfall and then shenanigans happens after the match and he gets tossed into the tub. Personally think that's how it's gonna go.

There's Nylaaaa good. She is such a good promo all by herself I really don't know why they put Vickie with her (and I don't mind Vickie at all)
I agree with this! I feel Vickie managing say Ivelisse and Diamante would give them a huge boost.
By that I mean she can legitimately do the promo game great all by herself so I think Vickie would have been best used to help another woman come up who doesn't have Nyla's natural talking skills

I can see Sammy going over. I think Hardy is really enjoying his time in AEW but with Covid, a crowded roster if young talent, and the rash of recent injuries I can see him wanting to go home and spend time with his family.
They can always go back on the drip later, all you have to do is have Sammy be the one that brings him back.

Well. That demented idiot doesn't even think tag team wrestling has value. I must be the idiot because the tag story between Omega and Page is the best thing I've seen in wrestling this year.
And their match against the Young Bucks was one of the best I've seen. Ever. Weeks of story building unfolding throughout the match.

Eh, I disagree unless they get Rosa to show up frequently. The women's division is really weak atm and taking their only belt away indefinitely would make that worse, as much as I love Rosa.
