This is a detail in Bob Woodward's new book "RAGE." Trump is bragging to Woodward about some new nuclear delivery system and "we have stuff you haven't seen or heard," and all sorts of other bull shit. It is quintessential Trump rambling nonsense bragging about shit he has very little understanding of.
One thing is for certain, though, if Trump is bragging to Bob Woodward about classified weapons systems, then he's also bragging to Vladimir Putin about it too.

My guess is he is talking about something like GBSD or the B-21 and Trump is just being his normal dumbass self and hyping up this new super secret thing he just heard about. Of course spilling top secret stuff is also well in his ballpark so who knows might be a metal gear.
And I bet he can hardly stop himself from playing with his new toy. I wonder how many times he's had to have been told there's no cause to nuke anyone. And his response, undoubtedly, is "you're a bunch of pussies".

Who cares if Trump is bragging about this? The real problem is that we've got 40 million Americans with food insecurity but yet we can spend billions on more fucking nukes. This is such a shitty country.

He's almost certainly referring to an intermediate range nuclear armed cruise missiles which we already had for decades before they were scrapped in a treaty with Russia. We pulled out of that treaty after Russia almost certainly broke it. Either that or one of the experimental hypersonic missiles they're testing.
Just more dumb bravado from Trump. The danger comes from the speed at which these missiles can strike which reduces the time in which the strike can be aborted in case of a mistake but doesn't currently change the formula of mutually assured destruction.

I think it's a bigger deal here is that the US a developing a new secret nuclear capabilities rather than the fact that we got to know about it.
