It's not Sterling who should take action or who is ignoring solutions on how to not rape & cover the rapces of women at the workplace, so who are your silly attempts at Hottest, Dumbest Takes directed at? Nothing or not enough is being done at the companies Sterling is criticizing. There are solutions but companies certainly aren't taking them or their attempts are so half-assed that they might as well do nothing because very little (if anything) is ultimately being solved through the "solutions" they do use.
