Come on Florida! Let Bugs put away the damn saw!
Fully agree. It's what I've been telling myself. There's no way we couldn't claw back such a thin margin after these 4 years. I already know a few voters (in PA) who voted for Trump but are now enthusiastic to vote for Biden. People just really didn't like Hillary. While I know anything can happen I am very optimistic about the outcome and I want to spread that optimism around, so here's some important things to remember if you're feeling doomy right now. Yes I've posted this several times tonight, sorry, I just think it bears repeating.
Remember how thin a victory Trump had last time.
Wisconsin (Trump by 0.8%) - 22,177 votes.
Michigan (Trump by 0.2%) - 10,704 votes.
Pennsylvania (Trump by 0.7%) - 46,765 votes.
Then remember what we did in 2018:
We beat them in Wisconsin's house election by 190,000.
We also beat them in the Michigan house election by 190,000.
In Philly we beat them by 500,000.

We already have probably as many votes in the bank for Joe Biden right now than Trump got in total in 2016. There's gonna be another 15 million, or more, through election day votes and last-minute mail-in ballots.
This would be a far, far bigger upset victory than 2016, if Trump somehow squeaks it. There are a lot of reasons to feel good right now.
You guys still have Florida Man though lmaoIf Florida's called for Biden tomorrow night it's over. And no one can talk shit about my state for the next 4 years :P
Literally the same feeling, I have that exact gif saved in my phone. I share Kaguya's anxiety.
Also Florida Dude
Yes really high turnout before Election Day points to good things, even with a pandemic we know that majority R chose to wait and vote in person tomorrow. While I know anything can happen I am very optimistic about the outcome and I want to spread that optimism around, so here's some important things to remember if you're feeling doomy right now. Joe Biden is winning outside the margin of error in all three of these states.

it would be a pleasant change of pace to not be embarrassed by the state where I was bornIf Florida's called for Biden tomorrow night it's over. And no one can talk shit about my state for the next 4 years :P
We are not going to see anything like this from Trump when he gets walloped.
Well we still have Trump lackey DeSantis so it's not over for us.If Florida's called for Biden tomorrow night it's over. And no one can talk shit about my state for the next 4 years :P

Honestly prob as good as 2016. With the high 30% chance but same time if you look polls pre- COVID it was a gulf. A lot of people already had fatigue with him.Serious Question: what would Trump's chances be if it weren't for COVID?
There will be no concession speech, no letter, and he will not show up to whatever form of inauguration there is. Just whining and conspiracy theories.I constantly wonder what—if Trump should lose and concede the election—what his letter to the presidential successor will say.
You are a Florida Dog? That explains a lot :Pit would be a pleasant change of pace to not be embarrassed by the state where I was born
The fact that he's mostly losing because of covid tells you everything you need to know about this country.Serious Question: what would Trump's chances be if it weren't for COVID?
Not in comparable numbers to the democratic early vote. Trump has shown very little signs of expanding his base and although he's probably going to see some small increase in turnout compared to 2016, it's more a result of turnout being higher this year in general than anything he's actually done.Yes really high turnout before Election Day points to good things, even with a pandemic we know that majority R chose to wait and vote in person tomorrow.
For the rest of the world, do what's right America and we can just pretend that these last 4 years never happened
