That's really impressive if accurate. That has to be like 1/3 of total sales.
Yeah, OT was supply constrained but 1m digitally is a ridiculous number.

It is probably a mistake since we know it didn't reach 1m in the West yet.
It is not on the million-seller list for this fiscal year on Nintendo's financial report. Only BotW, MK8D, SMO, Splatoon 2, MTA and DKTF sold 1m+ this fiscal year for Nintendo published games.

I'm not sure Nintendo publishes that data for games like Octopath where its just published by Nintendo in the West.
? Considering it is publish by SE in jp. It is the same case as FEW right? Where nintendo will not publish the number there.

If it sold above 1m in the West it should be on the list. This is what I thought as well but I might be mistaken. Wouldn't we have FE Warriors numbers if that was the case? That's a million seller afaik.
Are you sure Pokken was on the list? I remember reading about it in the report but not sure about the list.If it sold above 1m in the West it should be on the list.
Last fiscal year, Pokken was on the list despite being published by TPC in Japan. FEW crossed 1m yes but with Switch + 3DS versions combined. It didn't cross 1m in the West on the Switch alone.

Anyway for Octopath it's much more likely they were just talking about the press release SE had for the 1M sold.
No one posted about the Minecraft bundle coming?

Fortnite bundle is MyNintendo store exclusive so it won't be tracked.
Minecraft will be sold in every store, so this one will be tracked.
Release date November 30th.
33,000¥ tax excluded.
Standalone Switch is 29,980¥ and Minecraft 3,600¥ excluding tax, so you save 580¥.

the 1M is a global figure, so it definitely didn'tStrange. Based on the current info. It seems Octo also hit 1 million. Maybe it is still under 1 mil on the west there.
Anything to get to 20m shipped lolNintendo has really gone crazy with Switch bundles this quarter.
Not that it needed confirmation but this is the first time Nintendo says they are done with 3DS.
Now I wonder where they will put Yoshi. Golden Week is the best period for a title like this but it's far away and there isn't any other title from them or third parties in 2019 to keep the userbase somehow active.
50% of Pokemon preorders including Pokeball Plus is in line with what we had heard for Japan too, the price of this game has gone far too high.
Where did they said that? I thought they said the opposite. Not that it needed confirmation but this is the first time Nintendo says they are done with 3DS.
If they want to finish with 3DS software logistics in Japan it's the only road. West will continue at next fiscal year though.I always thought it would be March, before the current fiscal year ends. I don't expect 3DS games next fiscal year.
I'm thinking March will be for Yoshi. I could see DxM taking Golden Week's spot next year. Have Fire Emblem launch in May. Possibly Animal Crossing in July. Now I wonder where they will put Yoshi. No, if you read the quotes that's not what they said.
I mistyped but it was obvious I was talking for 3DS. Kirby is the only announced game for 2019.I'm thinking March will be for Yoshi. I could see DxM taking Golden Week's spot next year. Have Fire Emblem launch in May. Possibly Animal Crossing in July.

Damn.
November 16th: Pokémon + Smash bundles
November 30th: Minecraft bundle
December 7th: Smash
Going to be quite the holiday season, Hardware-wise. There's literally no pause from Pokémon launch day.
I can't think of anything else. He just used the Yurucamp volumes because people are joking the game has a lot of camping.Mmm...
Just 76k would be low for RDD2...
Might be something different or another hint.
76k would be quite low for RDR2, but nothing else can really do those numbers this week I think...Mmm...

Question is how much better than last year can they do, personally I wouldn't be surprised if we see an average higher than Switch + 3DS's average from last year. The main question for me is if they can surpass 200K per week average for the next 12 weeks.

Can you post the quotes? As far as I know the official English quotes say Nintendo are continuing 3DS support.

We are also preparing new titles for the Nintendo 3DS family for release around the turn of the year.
76k for RDR2 is at the very low end but not really unexpected, the game has been hyped for no reason in MC threads. GEO report didn't inspire confidence for its opening, we'll see soon what really happened. Legs will be the important.
I've updated the Nintendo sales thread.
It's a fairly big update because there are shipment data until December 2017 for lower selling million sellers.
This means that WiiU chart is close to definitive and 3DS is also much more up to date now.
